Will using MuChat get my Instagram account restricted?
MuChat works through Instagram's official Messaging API — the one Meta built for businesses — so automating replies isn't against the rules. We never log in as you or touch your password, and we only answer people who contacted you first. What you send still has to follow Instagram's community guidelines, so skip the spammy copy.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not a line. Pick a template like Auto-DM links from comments, change the words to yours and publish. When you want more, the Flow Builder lets you add buttons, conditions and delays by dragging — still no code.
Will my DMs sound like a robot?
Only if you write like one. Every word in an automation is yours — your slang, your emoji, your voice. Rotate a few public replies so comment threads never look copy-pasted, and when someone writes back with a real question, a person can take over from the inbox.
What happens when someone replies to an automated DM?
Their reply lands in your shared inbox as unread, with the whole thread above it. If a flow was waiting for their answer, it carries on; if the reply matches another automation's keyword — or you have a default reply on — that one answers. Otherwise it waits for you or your team.
Which channels does MuChat support?
Instagram today — comments, story replies and DMs. WhatsApp, Messenger and TikTok are on the roadmap; we would rather do one channel completely than four halfway.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month (yearly if you want the discount), you can cancel from Settings → Billing, and cancelling keeps your data.
